By the third time I heard the “agents are busy” message, I pretty much gave up. I knew shipping estimates can slip, but this order went far past the date shown when I checked out, and nobody could tell me what was happening. I've had delays with other stores, sure, but at least someone answered an email or picked up the phone. Here, I tried both several times and got nowhere. That's the part that really bothered me, not even the delay itself. Eventually I stopped expecting an update and started looking into a refund. It made a simple first purchase feel way more frustrating than it needed to be. Maybe they'll sort it out, but I wouldn't risk ordering again.
Didn’t expect to love it this much
I was honestly a little unsure at first because buying lingerie online can be hit or miss, especially when you can’t feel the fabric beforehand. But when my Bluebella set arrived, it felt way better than I expected. The material is soft without feeling flimsy, and the details look delicate but don’t seem like they’ll fall apart after one wear. It has that dressed-up, confident feeling, but it’s still comfortable enough that I wasn’t counting the minutes until I could take it off. Ordering was pretty easy too, and the updates along the way were helpful. The price made me pause for a second, not gonna lie, but after trying it on, I get it. If you’re on the fence, I’d say try one set first. I definitely will be back for more.
This is comfortable yet sexy as hell
I purchased the kimonos, its in chiffon in black and i am so happy wearing this amazing thing . the fabric is so soft and comfortable, and i love it so much. Wearing this gives me a really good feeling and i dont knwo how to say but i thnk i am really in love with kimonos tyle. i might buy more from here but they have limited options in this. either they have long or white in clor which is not that much. however, i also liked the lingerie selections, its good and looks extremely sexy for me so i might try that too in future
the price well its really good if you compare it with the style and fabric,
