sturdy, smooth wheels, clean lines, pockets in the places you actually use. Small stuff I didn’t expect to care about now feels important. Customer service was human too—Magda responded quickly (not a bot, real person) and that made the whole experience feel personal, which is rare. Price isn’t cheap but reasonable for the build. If you travel a lot or just like things that hold up, give this a try. I was skeptical at first; now I'm very much on board. Might add the Smart Holder someday.
Smooth travel, surprisingly comfy
I only bought this because my old carry-on was a nightmare for my back — the handle was weird and I ended up lugging it awkwardly through airports. From the first trip this one felt different. The telescoping handle has a solid click and the weight is light enough that I don’t dread lifting it into the overhead, which honestly matters when your lower back is picky. The wheels glide in a way I didn’t expect — like it wants to move itself — so you can nudge it with one finger and it follows. Inside, the compartments are sensible, not fussy; straps stay put, pockets actually fit chargers and a paperback without everything bulking up. The shell has held up to a few rough car trunks, though I did notice a small scuff after the second trip (nothing dramatic). Zipper was a touch stiff at first but loosened up after a flight or two. Customer support was helpful too — quick replies and a proper follow-through when I had a question about sizing. Would recommend if you want something that just works and makes travel feel less like a chore. Kind of relieved I upgraded.
