The customer service folks at this place really saved my butt. At first, Andre walked me through setting everything up, and then Shah really stepped up to fix a deposit problem caused by a pesky temporary bank hold. The chat can get pretty busy, but if you keep at it, you'll get the help you need. Just try hitting them up at different times if you're stuck waiting forever in line.

As a new customer using this platform, I've been dealing with some issues when trying to make deposits. I tried to deposit four times, and two of them took way longer than expected. Also, I got hit with some unexpected fees twice. Even though the customer service was a bit slow, they did eventually help me out. When everything works smoothly, I do actually like the platform.
