Taxes were easy
I just finished doing my taxes with this awesome software that had "Guided Questions" to help me out. It was so easy to follow and I didn't have to bother with using a dictionary for any complicated words. I'm really proud of myself for getting through it, feeling pretty good about it! Thank you!
Tax preparation tools
The tutorial questions they gave me were pretty useful, but I gotta say, I was let down by the final outcome. Even though I did everything they said, the IRS kept turning down my tax return because of some unclear errors that they didn't explain very well. It would've been nice to get more help on fixing those problems. I mean, this service was better than Tax Slayer, which says it's free but really isn't, but they still need to work on being more accurate and clear.

Filing my federal taxes was super easy with this service. I felt safe and secure the whole time, and it really boosted my confidence. Since I live in a state with no income tax, using this app was a total no-brainer. Saving money by doing it myself was a major plus. I'm loving it.
Quick and costly filing
The service was definitely fast and easy to use, but I was kind of shocked by how much it cost to file my federal and state taxes. I thought it was going to be free, but ended up shelling out about $92, which was pretty confusing and annoying. Still, I guess it's worth it to pay for a dependable service rather than chance it with a free one that might not be so great.

Easy federal form, but charged for SC return
The federal form was really simple to do, but I got kind of disappointed when I realized I had to pay for a SC return when other state returns are free. I mean, seriously, what's the deal with that? Luckily, I discovered another free service that allowed me to download the SC form, print it, and mail it in. It felt kind of old-school, but you know what? It worked!
Simple tax filing
