clean UI, snappy setup — not flashy but it felt solid. Then I hit the outgoing-mail cap (didn't notice that on the sales copy), which slowed me down and annoyed me — took a minute to find the fine print in the FAQ. So yeah, annoying start. After I reached out to support (short reply, factual), they explained the trial and paid thresholds and suggested simple workarounds: stagger sends, or upgrade if you need bursts. That was the turning point — the moment I knew I could work with this: I queued a newsletter in two batches and everything went out without errors. It’s not a miracle worker; 500-per-hour on the paid tier will still block big campaigns unless you plan around it. But for my small client list and routine updates it’s fine, reliable even. There are rough edges — wording on the site could be clearer, and I wish the limits were visible upfront — but after a week of real use the service did what I needed, regularly. Not perfect, not deceptive in the sense of being unusable, just could be more transparent. Bottom line: once you understand the constraints it behaves predictably and does the job.
