Weird start — first bottle arrived cracked, I sent a quick photo and a note, and they shipped a replacement that week. I use these bottles for evening sips and they look great on my shelf.
Unexpected replacement — happy
First time ordering abroad I guess, the original bottle must've cracked in transit — it never showed up. I messaged the seller and, to my surprise, within an hour they said they were sending a replacement. The new bottle arrived intact, feels solid and a bit heavier than I thought, nice glass finish. It's sitting here unopened, smiling at me. Glad they sorted it so fast, and relieved.
