I grabbed the bottle on a rainy Friday night. I was planning a quiet dinner and the cork was crumbled, ugh. I messaged customer service. Anders answered fast and said they'd send a replacement or a similar bottle. Less than an hour later they told me it was already on its way. Two days later a perfect bottle arrived. It felt solid in my hands. The cork popped clean when I opened it. The wine hasn't been tasted yet (dinner tonight), but the whole fix made me happy. Honest, reliable service. I’ll definitely buy here again.
