    This company has been a complete nightmare to deal with. I ordered a part that turned out to be completely different from what was shown in the picture on their website. It was not only oversized, but they also charged me a ridiculous amount for shipping. When I contacted them about returning the wrong part, they slapped me with a huge restocking fee. And on top of that, they didn't even restock the item - they just told me to throw it away. It's unbelievable that they would charge me a fee without even bothering to restock the product. This whole situation has been so frustrating and disappointing.

    Island Oasis smoothie shelf-stable packaging change

    The new packaging for the Island Oasis smoothies is fantastic! I'm thrilled to see that they fixed the messy spills and leaks from before. I'm not sure if it was the manufacturer or the folks in the shipping department at WebstaurantStore, but whoever did it, thank you! The new packaging makes it a lot easier to keep and move the smoothies around without worrying about spills. It's nice to see the company listening to customers and making things better. I'm really happy with this change and will definitely keep buying the Island Oasis smoothies from WebstaurantStore.

    I really love WebstaurantStore! I could seriously spend hours just looking through their website and finding all kinds of neat stuff to buy. Being a wife and mom, I really like the fact that I can order small amounts of things, instead of having to buy in bulk like restaurants do. I actually just bought a new cookie sheet and some bus tubs to use as planters for lettuce on my deck. Their selection is just incredible and the prices are fantastic!

    Man, that was frustrating! I bought something from this place and had to return it. Can you believe they deducted shipping, restocking, and reshipping fees from my return? If you're not completely sure about buying from here, just stick with Amazon.

    Our experience with WebstaurantStore sucked. We ordered the right stuff but got the wrong things from some other supplier. Plus, the package didn't even need a signature when it was dropped off, which made us worry about security. And to top it off, the items came way earlier than expected without a heads up, which was a huge pain. When we tried to fix things and get the right stuff or a refund, the customer service folks were no help at all. They were more interested in avoiding blame than actually fixing the problem.
