    Variety of products

    I recently bought something from an online store and their website was super easy to use. The product details were clear and easy to understand, which helped me make a good decision. The prices were really good - even better than places like Amazon, Walmart, and Office Depot. What I really liked was all the different colors available for what I wanted to buy. It was also really easy to make changes to my shopping cart and see how much everything would cost right away, so I didn't spend too much. I had a really great shopping experience on this website and I was happy with the quality of the products that came.

    As a coffee shop owner, I depend a lot on finding good suppliers for all my business needs. When I found this online store, I was happy to see that they had everything I needed for my coffee shop all in one spot. They have a great selection and top-notch quality supplies, which I really value. It's super convenient being able to order everything from one place. However, I will say that their prices can be a little high, which can be a downside for small business owners like me. But, I do think the quality of their products makes it worth the cost.

    The products are really good, but I'm kinda bummed about how they come packaged. Lately, we've been getting broken glass and straws that are poorly wrapped. It's annoying to open a package and find things all messed up.

    Regency Black 4-Shelf Kit

    "I ordered a Regency 18" x 54" NSF Black Epoxy 4-Shelf Kit with 54" posts.

    What I got was 2-Crome Shelves and a box of posts with damaged ends. The plastic inserts for the tubular shelf corners were damaged and unusable. Both boxes looked like they had been shipped and returned numerous times. Boxes don't sustain that kind of damage during a single shipping cycle from Lancaster PA. to Cleveland OH.

    Five days ago Webstaurant sent me an email stating they didn't have items to complete the order. Yet they still sent me a damaged half order which is the wrong color?

    Return shipping labels and a refund would be the appropriate action expected from Customer Service."

    70 x 120 Tablecloths

    One of the tablecloths I purchased had a hole in it and I went on the Restaurant site to notify them of the defect. I could not find a telephone number to call them. I sent an email which I do not even know if it got through and then I did a chat message with absolutely no response. It is easy to buy from them but not so easy to resolve issues. Never again!
