I'm glad it worked out in the end, but it was a hassle. I ordered plants for my small backyard beds and messed up the quantities. I canceled two business days after paying. At first the seller refused a refund and called them "perishable," which didn't make sense since they were dormant for winter. I refused the delivery and the boxes came back unopened. After that they processed the return and I got my money back. Not smooth. Service felt defensive. Still, plants were fine and I'm relieved it was resolved.
Thin box, slow comeback
It arrived in a thin box on a gray Tuesday. The two eucalyptus looked dry and sad. There was a note that said to wait two to three months because it's winter. I potted them and started watering right away. At first I thought they'd never recover. I contacted customer service within a month and got a canned reply about a 14‑day window and no help. I kept caring for the plants anyway. Around week ten little green tips showed up. Eventually they perked a bit. Delivery timing was fine. Support was pushy on policy but later offered a small credit. Glad I waited.
Unexpectedly solid, with a few small quirks
I opened the boxes on a rainy Saturday afternoon. The Medinilla, kokodama hangers and Gardenia were all wrapped tight, no loose bouncing around. First impression was actually relief — they looked healthy. The Medinilla is a touch smaller than I pictured, and one Gardenia leaf had a bruise, but otherwise fine. The kokodama hangs nicely in the living room and feels sturdy, though the twine needed a quick re-tie. Shipping was faster than I expected for an international order. I emailed customer service after ordering and got a quick, helpful reply, which made me more confident. Not perfect, but worth it overall.
Mostly clear site, unclear buying details
the plant arrived in decent condition, on time, well wrapped. I do appreciate that part — packaging and courier were OK. My main gripe is transparency: VAT wasn't shown until I put the item in the cart, so the price jumped and that annoyed me enough to cancel. Also the reviews on the site felt stale — mostly from 2018–2019, very few recent ones, so that didn't help trust. If you're ordering, ask customer service first and be ready for delays. I hope they update listings, add an option for plant size, and show final price earlier. Then they'd be a lot easier to use.
