the plant arrived in decent condition, on time, well wrapped. I do appreciate that part — packaging and courier were OK. My main gripe is transparency: VAT wasn't shown until I put the item in the cart, so the price jumped and that annoyed me enough to cancel. Also the reviews on the site felt stale — mostly from 2018–2019, very few recent ones, so that didn't help trust. If you're ordering, ask customer service first and be ready for delays. I hope they update listings, add an option for plant size, and show final price earlier. Then they'd be a lot easier to use.
