"Please check the shipping address information." I checked and rechecked the address, tried different browsers, cleared cache, the whole thing. I have lots of experience ordering from high-end sites, so I was surprised this ended up being such a headache. Contacted customer service and got a reply from Elena who told me I’d chosen Ireland instead of Russia. Which was odd, because I hadn’t. Then a second short reply saying there were no problems delivering to Russia. That was it. No follow-up, no offer to try placing the order with me, nothing. It felt very curt and almost like I was being boxed out. I tried messaging them on Instagram too — crickets. On the plus side, the product photos and descriptions are actually good and clear; that’s what made me try in the first place, and the item would probably be worth buying if the tech and support worked. But the customer service experience spoiled it. If they sorted out the checkout bug and trained whoever answers messages to actually help, this could be a decent place to buy. Right now it’s frustrating and slow.
Replacement finally arrived, but what a slog
they did replace the stand, but getting there was a pain. I ordered a cake stand in April and it cracked after just a few uses. I emailed Customer Care in early December and got bounced to their so-called "Laboratory" — which I couldn’t contact myself — and then waited. Forty days of silence and chasing later, after several reminders, they finally sent a replacement. The new one is fine. Service felt slow and evasive though, and the whole thing could’ve been handled way better. My tip: keep all your order info and be persistent. Works in the end, but not a smooth ride.
