Let me preface this by saying that I ONLY leave reviews when a company/business entity REALLY does a horrible job. Good service is hardly ever rewarded unfortunate, I do realize this. Let me thank ALL the businesses who HAVE given excellent all these times, we appreciate you! Companies like BNB however deserve to get ROASTED for their absolutely atrocious service!
Another (if you can call it that) business to NOT spend your money with! Fronts like they have product but immediately get back-ordered email. Why is it listed available for sale! Called them and told me it was NOT back-ordered in fact (CONFUSING!) and my order would ship that same day or at latest Monday (this was Friday) ok sounds good...I guess. Monday comes, NO SHIPMENT as expected by reading other reviews TOO late. Called them again, same excuse "it will ship tomorrow...pay you Tuesday" sounds like a ... head's life! , were short, supply problems blah blah blah. Dont give a F34k, ship my order! Now cancel it. Were SMOKERS gawdammit and we need our ciggs!
NEVER deal with this JOKE OF A BUSINESS! Wish I never ordered here, now my money is ... so I can order elsewhere and I have no smokes to smoke. F#*K!

I will never buy from this company again they overcharged me by 50+dollai just want to be donewith this companyrs and tryingto get that refundedi was met by a very rude customer serviceagent to the point that i don't care about the money that was stolen from me i just want to be done with this companyand they're bad customer practices
