This was my first time ordering from GiftTree and I gotta say, I was really happy with how things turned out. I got a gift basket for my granddaughter who is off at college for her 21st Birthday. She really dug the quality of the stuff inside, especially the champagne. We did hit a little bump when it looked like she didn't get the package, but the customer service was on the ball and helped sort things out quick - turns out it was a FedEx mix-up. All in all, I was super pleased with how it all went down and will for sure order from them again down the road.

Wow, I can't believe how amazing this cake is! I've bought cakes online in the past and they were always disappointing. But this one from GiftTree? It's incredible! Fruit basket purchase
I was totally taken aback when I got my fruit basket delivery. It didn't look anything like the picture online - it was more like a pitiful excuse for a fruit basket. There were just a few fruit pieces and a couple of cookies at the bottom. I could have easily made this myself for way less money. What a letdown!

Chocolate gift basket arrived melted
I bought a gift basket full of chocolates but they arrived all melted because of the Florida heat during shipping. I called the company right away and they were really fast to help, putting a hold on selling that item until they could fix the shipping problem. Even though the chocolates were ruined, Gift Tree went out of their way to make it right by sending a nice replacement. Their amazing customer service really impressed me and made up for the initial mix-up.
Awesome baskets
Stephanie was really great! She totally helped me choose the best baskets for my family and friends. Everything about my order was just right. I even got a discount on my $89.99 basket! We sent tons of emails and talked on the phone a bunch, but she was always so helpful and patient. I'm so excited for them to get delivered, and I'm already planning to order more for Christmas. Wine and treat gift
I mailed my family some wine and treats from Australia, and they absolutely loved it! They thought it was so nice and the food tasted amazing. I didn't know what to expect when I placed the order, but everything matched the pictures online. Plus, it arrived right on schedule. Father's Day gift
The packaging looked really nice and I appreciated the personalized note. But gotta be honest, the gift ended up smaller than I thought and some stuff got all melty from the delays in shipping. And when I really looked at everything, I felt like what I got wasn't worth what I paid, especially since I could've gotten similar stuff for cheaper somewhere else.
Engraved gift purchase
The store had a really good selection and they got my order to me super fast. But when I saw the final product, they messed up the engraving. The 2nd and 3rd letters got switched and it was pretty annoying. I tried to email them for help, but I kept getting an error message every time I tried to send it. Finally, they did respond and said they fixed the engraving mistake. The person I gave the gift to seemed happy with it, but I was kind of disappointed with how the whole thing went down.
Late delivery, room mix-up
I bought this gift with perishables for someone in the hospital, and it was supposed to come in two days but it took a whole week! And they put the wrong room number on the delivery, so it got all mixed up. Dealing with the company and UPS to fix it was so annoying, ugh.
Fresh and beautifully presented gift basket
The company that got the gift basket really liked how it looked. They said all the crackers, nuts, and stuff were fresh and tasty. It made me happy to hear that they loved the products so much.
