A Da Vinci and a Raphael
These are both large prints on canvas and they are so beautiful. We were worried about hanging such large pictures and getting them straight because it would need multiple hangers. But GreatBigCanvas.com made it simple. They have multiple hangars set up and there are these sharp plastic "markers" that slide into the hangers and then you use the tiny level included in your purchase to level it out and when it is, you just push to the wall and it leaves indentions. It made it so easy. Now our beautiful professional painting prints now look like they were hung by professionals without having to make mulitple holes in the wall to get it right.
I bought a picture from great big canvas and got it and it was gorgeous. It had a lining on the back it was pulled tight on the frame and it was great quality. I have ordered from several places online in the past and received a shabby product never with a lining.. Then when I got the great big canvas picture in my home it didn't fit right I returned it and they gave me a refund within days. I will continually buy my pictures from great big canvas

Great Big Canvas customer service is outstanding. I had ordered the wrong hanging for my art piece and then without realizing it was my mistake, I gave them a lower previous rating due to it. I received an instant email saying they would send me the stretched canvas for no charge and I got it within a week. I've not encountered such courteous, substantive and rapid response from any mail order company. They are tops and I love my canvas art!!

their customer service is horrible!!! I ordered a print on the 11the of december and did get a response at first from a Lusette which I now realize it was just automated. She gave instructions on how to return and I wanted to stop the order before it shipped on the 15th which I would have been in due time but from then on I could not even log onto the website to cancel the order and after that could not get on to the website to even process a return as the response said I could. I TRIED EVERYTHING FOR DAYS NOW!!! I even tried to reset my password but ever time I try to do that I get a response that says check your email and I get no email from them; not even in my spam folder. The phone system has a recording that says "their phone system is shut off due to high volume" and then it hangs up. So again today trying to log on and it gives me the same box that says "go to the welcome email we just sent you" but nothing has been sent to me. The only thing I got was automated respnoses that directs me and repeat...when I click on any link or the sign in box once again "go to the email we just sent" that thye didnt send to me or in spam! Now I have an $80 print I tried to cancel before shipping and now I cant even return it as their policy says I can. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!
I ordered and received a nice canvas print in a prompt manner, but the colors clash with my room. I went on line to return it and received an email telling me they will be in touch. that was 3 days ago. I tried calling them but the message was they unplugged their phones to process emails and yet I can't get confirmation and information on how to return my product. They say they allow 30 days to return and I tried to return it within the first week. This is poor responsiveness on their part and while the art was pretty and promptly received their return policy???? So their service for return and delivery of information to get a timely refund is very poor.
you might think you are buying a reproduction....you are actually buying a digital image of a painting...cheap piece of garbage. With shipping and simple frame, mine was over $500. the actual print probabky cost less than $15. junk
I changed my room and decor , and wanted to add canvas. However i was looking for one for long time, i bought two from here , its really artistic and suit my room so well. The colors are amazing!

Our framed canvas art work was received damaged on 7/16/20. I notified the company immediately was sent a company support ticket in response. All that was great, except its now going on two weeks & still no return call from the company. Having spent over $250. & not being able to get in touch with anyone at customer service is unacceptable. Had I know this company has a terrible reputation for getting back to customer complaints in a timely fashion, I would have never purchased anything from them. Frustrated in Bethesda, MD....
I am going through a nightmare situation with this company. I have ordered from them several times with no issues, but this is the last time I do any business with them.
I placed an order 4 weeks ago. The order was for two poster prints. It took TWO WEEKS to ship the order (I recently placed an order for a similar order which was shipped the following day). They blamed the delay on the pandemic; I understand delays, but this is a ridiculous amount of time to ship such a simple order.
Then I didn't receive the order by the estimated arrival date. On their site, it states that a package is considered lost 24 hours after the estimated arrival date (it's been five days) and three days of no change from the tracking (still just says "package accepted" from five days ago.
It is impossible contacting customer service. They take forever responding to emails, and the "Live Chat" (which is now turned off) just told me to wait a few more days (after waiting for a representative for 30 minutes).
Very disappointed with how incompetently they have handled this whole transaction. Never again!
I'm having the same problem!! This is a terrible company!!! Don't deal with them!!
I ordered a piece art for $300 on June 7. It’s now been over a month. Tracking said it would arrive June 30th. Have sent at least 6-7 emails to customer service. No response! Can’t teach them by phone or love chats as it’s “off.”
NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I’m beginning to think I was scammed.
They shipped to the wrong address and now they want me to pay for shipping to the correct address. I have purchessed from them before with only problem being slow delivery. I will buy from some place else in the future.
I am having the same issue. can't get a hold of anyone. no response via email. package 13 days late
