I turned old med textbooks into a custom puzzle; print and cut looked great. Shipping was quick, though customer support took a while to reply — overall happy, will order again soon.
Mid-build surprise
Halfway through the second row I laughed—pieces click snug, photo colors pop and the cardboard feels solid, and the box held up fine. Came from across the ocean surprisingly quick. I'd tell pals to order, honestly.
Unexpected relief
Halfway through family game night I realized I was actually relieved — at first no replies, box showed up wrecked, gift ruined. After a slow back-and-forth they sent a clean replacement; now we use it every weekend.
Quick arrival, shaky parts
I saw this on a DIY forum and told my brother to order it. Shipping was quick, but parts felt loose and I couldn't finish the frame. Customer service answered and tried to help, so I'm glad it didn't go wrong.
Surprised by the clarity
a couple pieces fit a bit tight. Still, I'd recommend it to others.
Lesson learned, kind of
the pieces themselves fit great, so not a complete loss.
Loose-fit puzzle, fast shipping
Got this to keep my mind off back pain after surgery and during a hectic move; shipping was surprisingly quick and the courier was polite. But the pieces don’t fit snugly, nothing locks and it keeps falling apart. Tried support, slow and unhelpful answer, meh.
Weird double fee, but okay
Overall I'm happy — I was suspicious at first because they charged me for shipping and then UPS sent a second fee. I needed the item for a move and had past shipping nightmares, so I was tense. In the end it arrived and support helped sort it.
Quick surprise
Halfway through unwrapping the shipment I laughed — I’d ordered a Christmas puzzle for my parents on November 17 and it showed up November 22. I started checking the box as soon as it arrived; it’s still plastic-wrapped so I couldn’t inspect the print yet, but the delivery speed from overseas made me confident this would work out. I used it for a fit check and felt relieved.
Mixed feelings after checkout
Halfway through checkout I stalled — site froze and I never got a confirmation, which made me nervous since I use puzzles to unwind every evening. I tried again and it worked, but two days later I got two shipment emails for the same item. Customer service was curt and basically shrugged me off, so my doubts weren't fully put to rest. The puzzle itself is decent and actually calming, which surprised me, but support left a sour taste.
Kid recognized himself — that did it
I first noticed this at a weekend visit to my sister's house. My 3-year-old cousin put the 100-piece together (no box photo) and suddenly shouted "it's me" — so unexpected and honestly kind of awesome. Pieces fit well, nothing bent, no missing bits. I told my sister to get one for her kid too, and I'm glad it held up and it was cheap enough.
Nice look, odd odor
I wasn't sure at first. I almost didn't order, worried about cheap prints or a chemical smell — call it paranoia from past discounted puzzle buys. But the pics were bright and the boxes looked sharp, so I took a chance. They arrived on time, nicely wrapped. The pieces smelled pretty strong though; wish I'd opened them a day early to air out. Still, everyone at the reunion loved putting them together. Mixed feelings, a bit.
Kitchen-table puzzle mess
the cardboard is thick and solid. If you try it, brace for fiddling.
Box picture lied
maybe 90–95% was dark, blotchy nonsense. They reprinted once and it was basically the same. Refund? Nope. Had to tell my sister and it was awkward. Also, Google showed a tattoo shop at their address, which was weird. Not perfect, but parts work.
Mixed start, happy finish
The whole thing started messy — their website wouldn't keep my custom layout (I double-checked, honestly), so the gallery looked right until checkout and then boom it rearranged my photos. I needed this puzzle for a low-key housewarming (moving, sore back, couldn't be hauling boxes), so I panicked a bit. I emailed right away; at first they said it was already printed (which wasn't true), and my shipping address was also wrong — fun. After a few emails and a call they actually sorted it with UPS and reprinted. In the end it arrived fine, intact, and I’m relieved and thankful.
Charged, shipped, then shrugged
I needed something to keep me busy after a minor back surgery, so I ordered a custom puzzle. By Saturday — no confirmation, nothing, which already annoyed me. I emailed to cancel and explained why, and they still charged my card and shipped the box. When I pushed back their replies were slow and their line was basically "can't refund, it already shipped." Except UPS tracking said the package was still at their facility and hadn’t been picked up. It felt like they shrugged and moved on, which is the real bummer. On the odd plus side, once it arrived the puzzle quality was actually pretty good — pieces fit tight and the picture looked sharp, which honestly surprised me. So yeah, product fine, company process not. Would be careful ordering again.
That box moment
I didn't realize it shipped from Germany until after it arrived, so if I'd known sooner I might've hesitated. Also, one corner of the box had a dent, and the price felt a touch high, but the puzzle itself fit together cleanly and felt solid. We'll buy again, and I've already told a few friends who like custom gifts.
Slightly nervous — ended up happy
the pieces were actually sharp, the colors warmer than the tiny preview looked, and the picture came together way nicer than I feared. I will say the box image looked a tad different than my original, so my first split-second reaction was “hmm,” but once the puzzle was together the difference faded. Pieces fit snugly, the cardboard felt sturdy, and there was this little sheen to the print I didn't expect — in a good way. I did contact support with a question about color matching and they got back to me quickly, which calmed me down. So yes, I had doubts before buying, they didn't completely vanish at once, but after using it they mostly did. Would I order again? Probably — just maybe with a tiny mental note to expect minor variations. Overall a pleasant surprise, honestly. Not perfect, but better than I braced for.
Custom puzzle purchase
I had such a great experience with the puzzle I bought! The website was easy to use and I loved that they showed previews of both the box and puzzle pieces. It really helped me decide which one to get. Plus, the shipping was super fast and the quality of the puzzle pieces was even better than I expected. They were nice and thick, printed beautifully, and had cool shapes that made the puzzle even more fun and challenging to put together. I was really impressed by how much attention to detail and care went into making the product.
Late Puzzle Return
I had a really frustrating experience with my recent order from this company. I was super excited to get my puzzle, but ended up getting an email saying my order was sent back to the sender the day after it was supposed to arrive. I was bummed because I never even got to check out the product. Even though my payment went through fine, they didn't give me any reasons for sending it back. It was super disappointing and left me feeling let down. I get that shipping is tough these days, but they could have handled it way better. Their lack of communication and failure to sort things out before sending the order really shows they need to work on their customer service.
