I pulled the QRD Stellar T5 out and, no lie, my first thought was "uh-oh" — the connector looked a little bent and it felt stubborn in the dock. I’d ordered it because my old Pro Controller was killing my wrist after long sessions and I’m sorta picky after a couple of scratched-up consoles from cheap knockoffs. So yeah, I was ready to send it back. But I decided to actually play with it first. The moment I knew I was keeping it was halfway through a two-hour session when my wrist stopped screaming and the controls just landed where I wanted them. The sticks are smooth, the buttons have a nice snap, and the grip actually helps instead of slipping. There’s a small scuff where it rubbed the console at first and the release is a tad stiff, so it’s not flawless, but honestly I’m relieved — happy even — that it wasn’t a total disaster. Shipping wasn’t slow, and for what I needed it for, this thing did the job. Would I buy again? Probably, just mind the packaging next time.
No real support, sadly
don't expect support — the controller quit and support vanished. I needed a quick replacement after my old controller broke during a move, so I bought this hoping it would get me back to gaming. It arrived without damage, the two rear buttons (N1 and N2) were dead out of the box but I never used them so fine. Then after about two weeks the R2/RT stopped registering. Everything else worked, kind of usable but unreliable. I messaged them on WhatsApp, waited a week, opened a ticket, got an automated out‑of‑hours reply and then silence. Two weeks later still no help, no follow-up. Pretty disappointing, kind of frustrating but not angry.
