Started skeptical. Coffee, late night, then grin—pieces clicked, daily delight.
Slightly surprised
I saw these puzzles at my sister's house and kinda laughed — looked cheap at first. A coworker had also sent me a link so I gave it a shot, even though I was wary. Ordering was clunky, but the puzzle itself feels great. Pieces snap together snugly, the print is sharp, and the cardboard has a nice weight. Spent a whole evening on it. Would buy again.
Finally some real relief
I needed this after a brutal move — my lower back was sore for days. The cushion molds to my shape and feels firm but cozy. I use it at work and on the couch. Setup was quick, and delivery was okay, packaging odd though. Happy with how it actually helps. Relief, finally.
Seems fishy, honestly
Bought this last week because of a "last day" sale, but that urgency trick is fake — the discount's been there for months. Puzzle itself was okay, but the €50 price is clearly way inflated compared to similar imports.
Not perfect, but relief in the end
I got this on a slow weekday and opened it right away — package took longer than I expected, but the box and pieces arrived undamaged. First glance though, the print on the box didn’t look like the online photo and I wasn’t keen to start it. I emailed the returns address they listed, asked where to send it back, and basically got silence. After a few back-and-forths with no clear return address I asked my bank to reverse the charge and sent the puzzle back with photos and a tracked letter. For a while the company even claimed the sender address wasn’t valid, which was maddening. The moment I knew I could finally move on was when the refund posted to my account — small relief, honestly. Still, communication was poor; if you buy here, be ready to be patient.
