it's a decent intro course, but I wouldn't call it "advanced." I first spotted this on a dog grooming forum and my neighbor at the dog park actually tipped me off, so I signed up with some curiosity and a bit of optimism. The content is solid in places and I did pick up a few useful tips I hadn't seen before, so it wasn't wasted time. That said, the presentation needs work — there were spelling mistakes in the slides (small but distracting), and several sections felt repetitive, like the same point stretched out twice. Biggest annoyance: when they mention skin conditions there are no photos. I caught myself pausing the video to Google terms and scroll through images, which breaks the flow and my patience. Some grooming demos were fine, others were awkward — one video with muffled audio, camera too far away or aimed at the wrong spot, so I had to replay parts a couple times. For the price I expected tighter editing and clearer visuals. Emotionally? I was hopeful and ended a little underwhelmed, but still glad I learned a few new things. If you’re starting out, it’s useful; if you already know the basics, you might want to wait for an updated version or look elsewhere for truly advanced material.

The lessons themselves were okay — the videos and exercises felt practical and I liked some instructors, surprising me — but the big problem was placement and registration. Turns out it isn't CRICOS registered so placements are hard to find. Calling and emailing got me nowhere, mostly an AI student support line that doesn't help, I'm stuck asking for a refund. It ate my time. I wouldn't tell others to go unless they fix the registration.
