I first saw this course because a friend at work mentioned it, said they'd heard good things. I paid about $1,200 because the promises sounded solid and I wanted to get into aged care. The lessons themselves were okay — the videos and exercises felt practical and I liked some instructors, surprising me — but the big problem was placement and registration. Turns out it isn't CRICOS registered so placements are hard to find. Calling and emailing got me nowhere, mostly an AI student support line that doesn't help, I'm stuck asking for a refund. It ate my time. I wouldn't tell others to go unless they fix the registration.
Quietly useful course
