Paid Upfront, Then Silence
no date, no crew, no show — and customer service just kind of disappeared. I called and emailed a bunch over months, even after a court judgment was entered, hoping someone would respond so we could sort it out peacefully. No acknowledgement came. Weirdly, finding the official judgment on the county site felt like closure, so I'm glad it ended that way, though it was a real hassle.
Backyard saga turned lesson
they used the wrong coat, it peeled, then they tried another that was too slick (my kid slipped, thank goodness just a bruise), and finally they came back with the right non-slip formula. It took waaaay longer than promised, and yes I hounded them a bit, I’ll admit it. Also had a run-in with the blinds—removed, tossed in a corner, measured by three different guys, weird. What I appreciated in the end was that after a lot of calls and a tense chat, a supervisor showed up, sorted the mess, and actually stood by the third, proper fix. So annoying process, but the deck now looks and feels safe, and the crew who finished it were thorough. Would I use them again? Maybe — with a lot more reminders and a written timeline. Lesson learned: keep receipts and call often.
