I'm disappointed and still waiting on two claim payments. I opened two claims over 40 days ago and one of them still hasn't even been acknowledged — I uploaded receipts on Jan 30 and heard nothing. The other claim just got an email saying payment is being processed, but that was days ago and no money hit my account. They never even asked where to send it, so who knows where it's stuck. I’ve had quicker fixes with other companies, so yeah, pretty frustrating.
Relief at the gate
