    Good idea, poor follow-through

    it was pouring extra water into every bottle, not by a splash or two but consistently about a few tenths of an ounce over what I set. For a product you rely on to get formula right, that’s a dealbreaker. I used it for maybe three weeks, careful with settings, same result each time. It’s the kind of error that messes with feeding schedules and leaves you double-checking every bottle — which defeats the point of having a dispenser at all.
    I contacted customer service because I didn’t want a replacement, I wanted a refund. Getting them on the line was annoying; lots of hold time and dropped calls. When I finally got someone, the conversation went sideways. At first they asked for a simple video — fine, I sent that. Then they said my bottles’ markings were off and wanted a video with a measuring cup. Okay, I did that too. After that they asked for water to be weighed on a two-decimal food scale. That’s where it got ridiculous. Who owns one of those as a spare? I told them I’d buy one if they’d at least cover it or accept the earlier proof. They bluntly said no, they wouldn’t refund me for the scale and wouldn’t refund the machine either.
    So I bought the scale myself, weighed everything, showed clear inconsistencies, and still no refund. I don’t want a replacement because trust is gone. I’m left with a nearly unused machine that I can’t rely on and a company that won’t take responsibility. Delivery wasn’t great either — late, rough handling, and the packaging didn’t inspire confidence. Bottom line: decent concept, poor quality control, and support that felt unwilling to own the problem. I’m a bit annoyed but mostly disappointed, because it could have been a useful tool for our daily routine. I won’t be using this brand again.

    That weird mix of handy and frustrating

    quick, the temp was spot on, bottles ready without me juggling a million things while trying to work from home. Then a few weeks in it started making this awful screeching noise that actually made the baby cry. Super stressful. I reached out to customer support, they asked for a video of the noise (fine), I sent it, and then they asked me to cut the cord off and film that? Like, what? My partner and I looked at each other — who cuts their machine while the baby still needs feeding? Ridiculous request. So yeah, service was a low point, felt unreasonable and slow to help. Still, I'm kind of glad the machine worked so well before the issue — it did save my sanity a bunch of times, and we managed with backups when needed. Just a heads-up: useful when it's fine, but customer support needs to get its act together.

I tried to document everything, took videos, sent them over, explained step-by-step how I used it. I didn’t skip any troubleshooting steps. Their replies, though, kept circling back to user error. That surprised me — I expected at least some basic acknowledgement. Instead I felt like I was repeating myself in a loop, sending the same evidence and getting the same line about usage. That was exhausting, and it ate up time I didn't have. On the plus side, when the machine worked, it did what it promised: quick, warm bottles with minimal fuss. That made the whole situation more frustrating, because the good moments made the failures feel like bigger slaps. If you're short on patience or formula, this might not be the right fit. I get that warranties and support are complicated, but the response here felt slow and dismissive. Bottom line: the product's potential is real — especially for late-night saves — but inconsistent performance plus a customer service experience that questions you first makes it hard to recommend. I returned mine eventually. If they improve reliability and stop assuming the user is at fault, I'd consider trying them again, but for now I’d look elsewhere.

    Finally a replacement — small drama, big relief

    someone did finally get back to me (they said holidays and staffing were the issue), and a replacement is on the way. So yeah, it took longer than I wanted, but now I’m actually excited. The unit itself seems solid and well-made, and I can already picture Sunday mornings pureeing sweet potatoes and pears for my little one (LO) — that thought makes the wait worth it, oddly enough. I’ll admit I worried it was a waste, but now I’m relieved and hopeful. Customer service needs work — communication could’ve been way better — but the product looks promising and should make baby food prep way easier in everyday life. Tiny imperfection in the process, big plus for the outcome. If they keep improving their response times I’d consider buying again.
