I first saw this dress on a colleague's Instagram and my coworker told me to try it, so I ordered. Delivery was fast, but customer service was a headache. After the embellishment came off in the first wash (I followed the care notes), I sent photos and then waited ages. Support kept deflecting and wouldn't let me talk to anyone senior, so I had to fix it myself. Kind of glad it arrived quickly though, and it looks fine.
Birthday win
totally worth it. I grabbed Tazzman UGGs for my daughter's birthday and she's lived in them—super comfy, look great, and the suede hasn't fluffed out even after a week of near-constant wear, which actually surprised me. Ordering was easy, price felt fair (better than some other brands I've tried), and delivery came earlier than expected. Not perfect, but I'd buy it again, no doubt.
Nice products, clunky system
I was pretty annoyed at first, but I'm not ready to leave yet. I started ordering after the site changed hands and my initial experience was messy — no clear order details, no history to check, and zero tracking info for a couple of shipments. Emails were sparse, VIP perks that used to matter (early access to sales) were gone, and returns felt pricey compared to other places that sell the same high-end kids' stuff. That made me skeptical and I nearly stopped buying. I stuck around because the selection and quality are hard to beat for some items my kid actually wears. Over my last few orders things eased up: customer service answered questions, I got better follow-up emails, and the return process was simpler than I feared (still not free, but not a nightmare). The site is still clunky and I miss the VIP treatment, but overall I'm more satisfied than I expected. If they tidy up the order/tracking pages and rethink return fees, I'd be much happier.
Paid and then ghosted
I wouldn’t buy from them again — too much hassle. I paid for order 15501969651177 and they canceled it anyway. Got that cold email saying my order was canceled and that Childsplay would refund me in 3–6 working days. It’s been over a month and I still don’t have the money back. Every time I call someone has a different story — really, nobody seems to know what’s happening. I was skeptical at first and honestly still annoyed, but after being persistent and filing a complaint I finally got a reply promising they’re processing it. That’s better than radio silence, but not great. My advice: document everything, be ready to escalate.

despite a messy beginning, I'm glad I stuck with it. I actually first saw the outfit on Instagram—my sister tagged me and said "you need this" so I ordered hoping it would arrive for her birthday. At first I was pretty skeptical because I got the usual dispatch email and then nothing. A few days went by, I kept checking, they told me there was a courier problem in my area and they would update me daily (which, eh, didn't really happen). I ended up placing a second order in a panic. So yeah, lots of back-and-forth, lots of chasing on my part. Then, thankfully, customer service stepped up: they admitted the stock mix-up, refunded the second order, and upgraded shipping on the replacement so it arrived just in time. I did have to remind them a couple times (and I was annoyed), but the final outcome fixed things — prompt refund and the actual item was pretty much what I expected. So would I recommend? Yes, but with a caveat: their inventory system needs work. If you're patient and follow up, they'll sort it out, and the product and final service were solid enough for me.
