they told me stuff was mailed and stuck in customs, and kept refusing to show any tracking or proof. I waited, messaged, waited some more, and finally tried a refund through my card — only for the box to show up about 65 days after I ordered. Turns out it was shipped from New Jersey in January, so the customs story didn’t add up. Now they say returns are outside a 30‑day window, which felt like a tactic, honestly. Also there’s no phone number and emails take forever, which makes you feel kind of stuck. So yeah, product quality gets a thumbs up from me, but the shipping and service need serious work. My advice: buy only if you don’t mind long, uncertain waits, and keep screenshots of everything.

premium, clean, easy checkout. Then… nothing. The DPD number they gave me doesn't register (I checked twice, I mean, it's not recognized), and after several messages customer service just stopped replying. I kept following up, and now I'm left waiting and guessing. If the clothes ever turn up my kid will probably have outgrown them. Not everything may be bad — the product looked good online — but delivery and support were a real fail here. I wish they'd fix this soon.
