I almost didn’t pull the trigger. A friend had told me about this label and I kept seeing posts on Instagram, so I was curious. The sale pushed me over the line — I spent close to $400 for three kids — and I knew I was paying more because it was Canadian and organic. Still, I had reservations. Nice fabric, annoying sizing

Ghosted by a sweatshirt
Bottom line — I'm done with this store for casual gear. I ordered a $60 sweatshirt for my morning dog walks and coffee runs, and a shipping label showed up a week ago, but tracking says it never left. I asked for a refund, messaged twice, crickets. Kinda funny, kinda annoying, now waiting on money or a sweater.

Turns out it was shipped from New Jersey in January, so the customs story didn’t add up. Now they say returns are outside a 30‑day window, which felt like a tactic, honestly. Also there’s no phone number and emails take forever, which makes you feel kind of stuck. So yeah, product quality gets a thumbs up from me, but the shipping and service need serious work. My advice: buy only if you don’t mind long, uncertain waits, and keep screenshots of everything.
Nearly skipped it, turned out great
I almost skipped these after reading mixed stuff. I was wary — paid good money and didn't want problems. Tried them during a busy week and the fit was comfy right away, my first wash went fine too. premium, clean, easy checkout. Then… nothing. The DPD number they gave me doesn't register (I checked twice, I mean, it's not recognized), and after several messages customer service just stopped replying. I kept following up, and now I'm left waiting and guessing. If the clothes ever turn up my kid will probably have outgrown them. Not everything may be bad — the product looked good online — but delivery and support were a real fail here. I wish they'd fix this soon.
