Totally worth it — got my box in under a day and they fixed my pickup spot mix-up fast (unlike other companies). Friendly rep, tiny relief, kinda impressed. Will order again, honestly.
Strange start, good finish
Crazy start — delivery was late and one item missing, but customer service actually sorted it fast; I started using the replacement the next day and was pleasantly surprised, honestly.
Nice swim stuff, shoes were off
Funny thing — the swimsuit is really nice, feels well made and my kid wears it to weekly swim lessons and beach trips. Delivery took longer than promised and the water shoes ran small, had to pass them on. Customer service was a bit slow to reply but helpful enough. Will probably buy again.
