Midweek I realized the eSIM had no signal, but after a quick chat the reps actually sorted it and the package arrived sooner than I thought. Been burned before by other carriers, so happy this turned out okay, relieved and thankful.
Small price, small snag
the confirmation email only listed data and didn't say how long it's valid or how much I actually paid. I'd love one clearer receipt. Still, solid value and no real drama.
Little island surprise
I didn’t expect much but this was a pleasant save — setup was quick, felt lighter than swapping a physical SIM and worked great around main towns. Out in the hills it got spotty, yes, but overall I’m glad I tried it, beats getting a whole new plan at the kiosk, to be honest.
Worked one day, ghosted the rest
Booked this eSIM for a week in Mexico — day one it was fine, by day two I had no data. Support walked me through the usual dance (APN changes, toggles, reboots) — felt like tech-speak roulette. Asked for a refund and grabbed a different eSIM from Saily; that one just worked instantly. Not a total disaster, but annoying and slow to fix.
Mixed bag on the road
Got this eSIM for a trip across southeast Asia and Australia. Setup was easy and I was relieved when it worked great in Singapore — fast and simple. Then in Ho Chi Minh City it was spotty, slow, kind of frustrating. Out in the Australian outback it dropped completely. The app gave no details. Support was basically nonexistent; the chatbot didn't help and the help pages were vague. After fiddling I discovered my fast 1GB was used up. Ended up buying a local Australian eSIM for much less. Glad it helped at first, but not reliable enough.
