A Positive Experience with 1st in Coffee
I have been a client of 1st in Coffee for several years now and have always had a positive experience with the company. Their website is easy to navigate and their selection of coffee beans and brewing equipment is extensive. The prices are also very competitive.
One of my favorite things about 1st in Coffee is their customer service. Whenever I have had a question or concern, their representatives have been prompt and helpful in resolving the issue. They also offer a rewards program for frequent buyers which is a nice added bonus.
I also appreciate that 1st in Coffee offers a wide variety of coffee beans from different regions and roasters. This allows me to try new and unique blends that I may not have found elsewhere.

I just wanted to share how much I love the espresso machine I bought from this place. It seriously makes the best coffee - so rich and smooth. And the staff there was amazing! They were so helpful and friendly, giving me all the details I needed to pick the perfect machine. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the market for top-notch coffee gear.
Espresso machine purchase
I got my order number but it never actually went through. It felt like a total scam. I was really looking forward to getting my hands on a new espresso machine, but ended up just feeling let down. The fact that there was no communication and things weren't clear is just not cool at all. I'll definitely be looking for somewhere else to do my shopping from now on.

My experience with this company was just awful. I called to ask about price matching and the customer service person was so rude. He kept interrupting me, making sarcastic comments, and then suddenly hung up. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and discourteous he was.
