Fingertip sleep monitoring device
I just bought this thingamajig that's supposed to monitor my sleep and help me with my insomnia. But after using it on and off for a while, I woke up one morning and my finger had a nasty burn from where the gizmo was sitting. I tried contacting the company for help, but they basically shrugged it off and wouldn't take any blame for it. I was pretty bummed that they wouldn't own up to their mistake and just brushed off the fact that their product might have been faulty.

Flight experience to Paris
My flight with this airline was a total nightmare. The first flight got delayed over an hour and made us miss our next flight. We had to wait another 6 hours for the next one, and they didn't even say sorry or offer any kind of compensation for the trouble. It's pretty awful to see how little they seem to care about their customers. That was my first and definitely my last time flying with them. I wouldn't tell anyone to fly with this airline.
