I was looking for clothes for my daughter. She was telling me to buy a jumpsuit for her for a very long time, and i saw this blue plain jumpsuit which was looking really good. i asked her and she was excited to wear it
Well we bought the jumpsuit from here, the process was simple and the delivery was decent. But the cloth was outstanding and i loved the fabric too much. Hailey, my daughter also felt good after wearing the dress. the fitting was perfect and she was very happy. So yeah it was pretty good experience for me, And hailey liked the store too so maybe we buy more stuff from here in future
I purchased the coat after seeing it advertised on Facebook. The ordering was super easy, however shipment, delivery and return has been a joke. The first coat I returned for it didn't fit. It took them over three months to refund my credit card. The second coat which my daughter has only worn for a month has the color flaking off all over. I reached out and they offered to send me a gift card once the coat the received. I asked for an exchange and they won't do it unless they receive the coat first. Its the only winter coat my kid has for heavens sakes. The number you call, is never answered. This outfit of a company seems to be less understanding of quality and customer service. I want a new coat shipped out to me and I will return the current coat with a shipping label and box. This wasn't our fault and it needs to be resolved as the customer is requesting.
