A coworker tipped me off, and when my order showed up exactly right, I was honestly relieved.
Looked better online than in real life
I hesitated before ordering because the set was pricier than I usually spend, but the reversible design sold me. I’d had bedding arrive looking nothing like the photos from another company before, so I checked the description twice. It clearly made me think the pillowcases would match on both sides too. Nope. The duvet cover is reversible, but the pillowcases aren’t, which kind of ruins the look I planned for the room. The fabric itself feels nice, so that part was a pleasant surprise. Customer service was the bigger letdown, honestly. They just sent a link to buy different pillowcases instead of really addressing the misleading packaging.
