their stuff is solid, thicker than the usual online bedding, a foam pillow that actually fixed my sore neck — not dramatic, but it helped. Not everything's flawless; a couple items started to pill after months, and once I had to stitch a seam, so yeah, small annoyances. What really turned me around was delivery and customer service. Delivery was on time, sometimes faster, tracking was accurate, and when I emailed about a late package a rep answered promptly, polite and actually helpful — not canned. They also seem to listen: product tweaks showed up after I gave feedback, which I appreciate. If you're cautious like me, order one thing first, check it, then scale up. Overall skeptical at first, ended up pleased. Would buy again.
Comfy life-saver hood
I was scooping cereal and realized the hoodie on my lap was basically doing more for us than the heating ever did. Sounds dramatic, I know, but hear me out. I bought this because my stomach cancer makes quick changes necessary, and my son — autistic and very particular about germs — needed something that kept him covered without being a giant, floppy blanket that drags on the floor. This one hits that middle ground. It's knee-length, which matters because tripping is a real risk for both of us, so we loop a belt around the waist sometimes to keep it tidy. Yes, it looks a little goofy, but it works and that’s what counts.
The hood is unusually snug and comforting; my son actually wraps his head in it when he naps. It’s like a little shield for him — for his sensory stuff and for keeping his hands off surfaces he’s avoiding. The fabric is softer than I expected, and while it isn’t the thickest sherpa you can buy, it traps heat surprisingly well. I like that there’s room to put layers underneath during cold snaps — that’s how we cope when the radiators stay cool these days.
A big plus for us: the full-length zipper. With my medical needs, I sometimes need to get dressed or undressed quickly and that zipper makes it painless. Also, laundry is a headache for germ-obsessed folks, but this hoodie comes out of the washer cleanly, not all tangled and needing a rewash — lifesaver. Downsides? On very bitter days it can feel a smidge short, so we improvise with a second hoodie over our legs or leg warmers (Bedsure, please make matching ones — seriously). I’ve bought a few now, in red and gray, and I’m eyeing the blue. At 83 I give myself permission to stock comfort. We’ve had awkward fit moments, sure, and I fumble the belt sometimes, but overall I’m glad we found this. It’s practical, cozy, and actually helps with our daily routines. Gratitude is the word — kind of relieved this little thing made life easier.
