I ordered the Peek A Boo Sheltie Purse for a Christmas Gift and once the product was shipped out they never sent me an E-mail telling it had been shipped. I couldn’t track the package because every time I put the tracking number in it wouldn’t let me track it just kept telling me unable to track So I called Bradford Exchange they were Absolutely No help at all couldn’t tell me anything other than it should arrive in 9 days after it’s shipped. I have spent A LOT of money with this company but I will think long and hard before I order again. You can check your records to see how much I have spent if there is any doubt your mind. Not to mention how much money my mother has spent with Bradford on gifts for me.Just in case your doubting my mother spending a lot of money with your company her name is Marion Gail Bralick It’s just inexcusable they couldn’t send me an E-mail once the product had shipped out. All the other companies I order from have a Tracking system. This company could use a good course in training on Customer Service. Me and my Mother are very disappointed. I’m sure you really don’t care how disappointed we are seeming you already have your money but just thought you should know how Unhappy we are. Would expect more from a high priced company.
