Watching stuffing scatter across the living room three hours after it arrived was pretty discouraging. I ordered this bed for our young dog because he’d destroyed two cheaper ones, and the 200-day chew-resistant promise sounded reassuring. Customer service did send a replacement, which I appreciated at first. But he tore through the second one in less than a week, and that’s where things got frustrating. After I sent photos, I was told there wasn’t anything else they could do since a replacement had already been sent. Maybe it works for lighter chewers, but it definitely wasn’t a fit for us. I just expected the guarantee to mean more.
