And find excuse not to refund.Factory OE part
I bought a Factory OE part from this auto parts store recently. But when I got the part, it didn't fit the old logo like they said. And instead of helping me out, the customer service rep tried to haggle with me. My whole experience with this store was a letdown and now I feel pretty annoyed and confused. I wouldn't suggest checking out this site.

scam site. They claim parts are factory, but when trying to transfer logo from old grill to their grill it was not even close, so after spending 299 for their grill had to buy a logo from another site for 95.00 to fit it. and all it was the most expensive one. Stay away and see their reviews all over the place its 2 star or less.
Exhaust manifolds
The product did not fit and when I called to ask for assistance they said there was a 30 day return policy and I was out of the period. So, they simply said there is nothing we will do. It’s my problem, not theirs.
11-14 Hyundai Sonata Projector Headlights
Order # 11677 Contacted customer service to report the headlight were melting/ bubbling the inside of the projector headlight. No response from the company. All occurring in a short period of time of 1 year. Would not suggest purchasing this item for anyone else until design flaws addressing material and heat are corrected. Negative experience.
LED headlights
If I could give it a -1, I would. I ordered from LED headlights for my Ford Escape. Paid $250 for the set. They were doing great until I noticed the driver's side one was fogging up and humidity is now stuck in there. It is a manufacturing defect since they didn't seal the the headlight well enough (my mechanic also confirmed this). So I contacted the company about a refund. They said they could either give me a partial refund without having me send back the lights or I could send back the lights for a whole refund. I told them I don't want to take them out to return them since I would have to bring my car back to the mechanic and be charged at least $100 for them to take them out. They then said that's the only options. So I said screw it, I'll take the partial refund thinking it would be a 50% refund. NO. They had the audacity to email me back and say management approved to give me a $30 refund. THIRTY DOLLARS. WHAT A FREAKING JOKE. We finally built up the money because I wanted something nice for my new used car. My other one flooded from weather with Hurricane Delta, along with all contents from our house ruined. I just wanted something nice, and they don't care that I worked hard for those headlights. Screw them. Don't waster your time.
E36 m3 front bumper
The site was to good to be true.. I ordered a bumper paid for it and never got it.. Said it was being delivered by fedex i called them and found out i had a fake tracking number it says its still enroute from dec 6. Pretty untrustworthy to me. I proceed to call the ca auto and go figure noone would answer.

The color that was shipped to me was not even close. Ordered beige, received grey.I did NOT receive my order and USPS says they have not received it yet. Plus notification for. Tracking are a day or 2,3 later. Please provide me with my order.
