I almost skipped this because of the courier reputation. I needed the item badly — bad back and a move coming up — so I finally ordered even though I was wary. The carrier (Royal Mail, now a mess in my area) couldn't find my house, weird because I've lived here since 1991 and get packages all the time. I blamed the courier at first. But Cannary, the seller, actually stepped in and sorted things out after some back-and-forth. Customer support was okay, I guess. Delivery was delayed but the product itself was fine. Still annoyed by the chaos, but overall relieved.
Small wins, still some niggles
subtle, not instant knock-out, but by night three I was getting a solid block of sleep instead of staring at the ceiling. It does need more drops than the label suggests for me, which was annoying, and that pushes up the cost even with a subscription. Also noticed the cap doesn't sit right once opened; feels like a rubber seal misaligned so it won't screw down properly. That said, the trade-off is worth it: I’m regularly hitting around four hours and sometimes stretch to six, even if it's a bit broken. Would love a fix for the top and a better price for regular users, but I’m sticking with it.
Gummies won me over
When the small box showed up I opened it straight away and felt relieved. The gummies look good and dosing is so much easier than oils — I hated trying to measure those. The magnesium actually eased my night cramps after a couple nights, which surprised me. Ordering was easy and delivery faster than I expected. I’ll probably order again.
Found the right fit
decent packaging, simple instructions. Price was fair since I caught a deal. I've reordered a couple times and would recommend them.
Subscription surprise
Weird thing — I liked their nighttime CBD gummies with valerian and chamomile and used them most nights to sleep after a long day. I hesitated to start a subscription, worried they'd switch formulas or ship without asking, but tried it anyway. On the second shipment they sent a different product with no email, no option to approve. I reached out; support processed a partial refund and suggested an alternative. That calmed my worry, and I'm grateful for the refund, but the substitute isn't as effective. Ended up cancelling the sub — helpful, but mixed.
