Pro version purchase
I just bought the pro version of this hair regrowth device and ran into a problem with the battery. It cost me a whopping $3000, but the customer service was really lousy. When I contacted them about the issue, they told me they don't support older models anymore and couldn't send me a new battery or charger. I think it's unacceptable not to help customers, especially after spending so much money on their product. I'd advise anyone thinking about buying from this company to be careful.
Hair growth treatment
I did some research and decided to try out a hair growth treatment, so I found this company. Unfortunately, my experience with them was pretty disappointing. The ordering part went smoothly at first, but then everything went downhill. They didn't ship my order for weeks, and when I asked for tracking info, they couldn't give it to me. Out of nowhere, they said the product was delivered, even though I never got it. It was frustrating and made me feel like I couldn't trust this company. I had to get my credit card company involved to get a refund because it felt like I was getting scammed.
International purchase, stopped working
I purchased this item from overseas and it broke after only a few months. I attempted to have it repaired, but the customer support was completely unhelpful. They just kept suggesting I buy more items, and when I tried to place an order, they ended up cancelling it! It's definitely a scam, so I wouldn't recommend buying it!
Cap upgrade
I recently got a Cap upgrade and was really excited about it. But then I came across a negative review that mentioned the company hasn't been responding to reviews since 2020. That's concerning because what if something goes wrong with my order? Capillus, you need to improve your customer service and start responding to customers. Buyer beware!
Laser hair growth cap
I mean, it's alright, I guess... as long as it actually works. It seems like they put some good thought and effort into designing and making it, but the power source could definitely be improved. Sometimes it's a bit tricky trying to connect the connectors.
Hair loss treatment
I was really disappointed with the hair loss treatment I tried. It didn't make my hair loss better and it even gave me a sunspot on my forehead. I tried to get a refund from customer service, but they didn't help me at all. I did a lot of research before buying this product, believing in the company's promises, but I was really let down by the lack of results and support. It's so frustrating to spend time and money on something that doesn't work like it's supposed to.

I bought this hair growth cap back in January 2021, thinking it would work wonders for my hair. But after following the instructions and using it faithfully every day for more than three years, I've noticed that my hair has actually gotten shorter since I started. I had a good run with the hair regrowth device and it seemed to work real well for a few years. But now, I'm having a problem where it won't turn on and just keeps beeping. Even though the blue lights are on, the cap battery pack beeps but the red lights don't come on. I'm worried because it was fully charged and never had this issue before. I'm not sure if the sensor or the battery pack is the problem.

I've been using the Capillus Pro for a while now and I've definitely seen my hair start to grow back. It's been working great and it's totally worth the money. But then I ran into a problem when I tried to get a new battery for it. Even though the Capillus Pro is pretty pricey, they told me they don't even make the V4.3 battery anymore. That's not cool for a high-end product like this. People should be able to get replacement parts without any hassle, especially when they've spent a lot of money on a device.
Battery pack not available
I got this new gadget and it's working fine, but the problem is that there's no battery pack available for it. That's so frustrating! I mean, I'm an electrician myself, and I know that's not right. Why would they make it so hard for us? It seems like they just want us to keep spending more money. It's so greedy! I think I'll have to look for another alternative to get it working. I'm definitely not buying from them again.
Expensive product, battery failure after 12 months
I bought this supposedly high-quality product back in March 2022, and wouldn't you know it, the battery decided to give out after just 12 months. Trying to reach out to their customer service was a total nightmare - they only work during US hours and won't make international calls.
I sent them an email with videos, and they had the nerve to say it was the battery's fault and suggested buying a new one for about $300, plus crazy expensive shipping fees. What's more, they went ahead and canceled my order without giving me a refund yet.
It's pretty disappointing to shell out big bucks for a product only to get subpar customer service. I'd recommend saving your cash and looking at other options instead.Capillus Pro purchase
I gave customer service a ring and they were really awesome in helping me with my purchase. It was like, super easy! I told my mom about it and she's starting to see some really cool differences. This stuff is honestly amazing! My hair isn't shedding as much, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for even more improvements soon.

I bought this product back in June 2019 because they said I could return it within 365 days if I wasn't happy. But when I tried to return it recently, I had a hard time getting the process started. The policy originally said I could get a full refund and they would cover the return shipping costs. However, when I reached out to customer service yesterday, they told me I needed to return the product within 1 year to get the refund. I tried to explain that this wasn't the deal when I bought it, but the agent didn't seem to care. I asked to speak to someone else about it, but they never called me back like they said they would.
