The concept was great. That is just the one that I need for my dog when I am away. However, it was a little bit pricy compared with other dog toys. Overall, it was a money-worth purchase cuz I think my dog deserves a companion to not feel lonely at home.

:Product looks quality, but it isn't. Return policy sounds standard and reasonable, when in fact it is not.
Ball was poorly made and the charger broke on first use, after careful adherence to all directions. They will not replace it for free. They didn't even offer an apology. The risk free return they offered when I was chatting with them on the app is fake. When I actually had to return it because their items are not the quality they claim (within the first day of getting them), they said I can ship it back to them to China (they sent it to me from California) and pay for shipping myself or I can get a 60 percent refund and don't have to ship it back. This is not at all what they told me on the front end. Bad business.

I ordered a water dispenser from Cheerble. I received it and need to send it back. I have tried to contact the company using their online form (three times) and sent three separate emails EACH to returns, marketing, and sales. The company has completely ignored me. I am so disappointed and will tell as many people as I can to NOT buy from this company!
