There is something i like to say, customer is one of the best services providing website i tried. the customer service helped me a lot when i misplaced the order. Also, they helped me in understanding all the steps very Profesional

I recently bought a knit hat from this company, and I have to say, it's been a pretty disappointing experience. I placed my order on March 9th, and as of today, March 27th, I still haven't gotten any shipping info. I've sent four emails asking about my order, but haven't heard back from them at all. It's clear they took my money and didn't hold up their end of the deal, which is not cool. This kind of treatment of customers is just not okay and shows a lack of professionalism. To anyone thinking of buying from them, I'd say stay away to avoid getting scammed.

i ordered this hat on March 9th and today is the 23ed of march, haven't got any information about deluvery date even though when i placed the order it said between 2 to 3 days for shipping i have emailed 3 times, tryed to talk throw face book it alwys say no body here at the moment somebody woll contact you soon and off course nothing happend its awful that they take your money and ship you nithing
Apron
Placed an order 6/24/21 for an apron that was to be delivered in 2 days. As of today 7/15 we have yet to get a confirmation, they have not responded to any of our inquiries (4 total) and the voicemail is full and has been over repeated tries. Finally called my CC company to dispute the charge
