They're solid—I'm really glad I ordered them. Wore the dentures to my cousin's wedding and got plenty of compliments, which felt nice. Took a little self-adjusting at home, and I use them every day for coffee and chatting, and feel more confident.
Neighbor-approved fix
Spotted their kit on my neighbor's truck, tried it (after I nudged him to show me). Ordering was painless, support actually picked up when I asked — that stuck with me. Result was solid, not fancy, but got the job done.
Pretty but fragile
they look nice and the top denture felt really good — I was kind of surprised and thought these might finally be it. The lower never fit right so I kept wearing my old one. Lately three teeth cracked and last night it split across the palate. Not worth near $1,000.
Heavier than I expected
Right after I tore open the box I laughed — it was heavier than I thought and felt solid, not cheap. The buttons have a soft click, the grip fits my hand, and using it daily feels easy; I've even smudged it, wiped it clean. I was annoyed at first because their support was slow compared to other places I've dealt with, but product-wise I'm pleasantly surprised. Not perfect, but I use it a lot.
Relief in the inbox
Halfway through the whole process I relaxed — when the refund confirmation hit my inbox. Looking back, taking impressions was easy, and the try-ins arrived after a couple weeks, but they wouldn't sit right. Flanges were way too high on both top and bottom, and the lower denture didn't fit at all. I tried emailing support and customer service, and called multiple times, but mostly radio silence. That lack of response annoyed me more than the bad fit. Anyway, they sent a shipping notice, so I returned the unopened package and asked for a refund. Refund confirmation was a win.
package on the table, then the sinking feeling
how good can something mailed across the country really be? I asked a bunch of questions before ordering and got polite but vague replies, so I went in with low expectations. Two months later, I’m still kind of stunned.
The package arrived intact (that was actually kind of a relief), and the materials looked professionally wrapped, but when I tried the pieces they were...just off. The bite tray didn’t match what my dentist and I had discussed, and the teeth looked a little cartoonish in my mouth. It’s weird because the color was decent and the packaging wasn’t cheap-looking — small surprise there — so part of me thought maybe it would work. Nope.
Customer service was the real pain point. Responses were slow, sometimes a week between messages, and after waiting forever they emailed that the try-ins “might not be what I wanted” — which is maddening. If you already think something’s wrong, why ship it? I get delays, shipping is five days each way, but the communication made the whole thing feel sloppy. On the plus side, one rep did eventually offer a partial refund and was empathetic in a single conversation, so it wasn’t totally stonewall. That small act didn’t fix two months wasted, though.
Bottom line: if you’re on a tight timeline or need something precise, this isn’t it. If you want to gamble on lower price and can tolerate slow, hit-or-miss service, maybe try it — but don’t be surprised if you end up calling your dentist anyway.Skeptical at first, pleasantly relieved
patient staff, reasonable price, not the fastest turnaround, but the end result is wearable and actually comfortable enough for everyday use.
