I had to grab some golf balls for a family get-together, and the guy helping me out, Juan, was amazing. He not only gave me a good discount on the balls but also made sure they got to me super quick in just 3 days. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated he was to making sure I was happy with my purchase. Juan, the chat representative, was a lifesaver with his patience and assistance. I was getting really frustrated with using the design tool on the website, but he walked me through it smoothly. The tool was a little tough to figure out at first, but Juan made it much easier to handle. Thanks to him, I was able to create an awesome custom mug design.

The website's design was honestly a pain. I couldn't even see the charges on my page, no matter how large I made it. It didn't have an option to view the right edge of the page, and there weren't any sliders to move the page horizontally. It was so annoying trying to complete my order smoothly with all these issues.

I buy things all the time, and this experience was really easy and awesome! I especially liked using the "Share Your Cart" link. And getting tax exemption was a piece of cake, thanks to Ronnie being so great!
