I opened a case on PayPal because they did not ship 2 items
They replied and said, "We can refunded the money of the 2items you haven't received. The money is frozen by paypal,so I can't refund. Please close this case,so I will deal with the refund right away . Look forward to your reply
I would like to warn everyone NOT to close the case. Unfortunately, I closed the case and I cannot re-open a case again with Pay-Pal, and there is 'nothing' they can do to help you further! BEWARE! THIS IS HOW THEY SCAM YOU!
