Jumbo bully sticks
I have seen the negative reviews and can honestly say we have been very happy with their product and their service. Order came in a few days after ordering and we got exactly what the description said. The bully sticks were definitely jumbo and my Jack Russell tried to help me open the box. We have bought from Downtown before and will do so in the future.
Bully sticks
I have been ordering from them for years…when attempting to purchase bully bites I was told to purchase and they would add discount. After purchasing they determined they didn’t want to discount. Request refund, which they did…but the customer service ... super bad... which is sad because I promoted them to friends and neighbors who use them…as they used to have great customer support but now they ...! Honestly, chewy. Com has way better customer support and service…..not to mention deals! I shopped with downtown pet supply to help support a growing company…guess they outgrew their clients….imagine this company won’t be around for much longer….since they forgot the basics of running a business…customer service….

Okay so I place the order and it says I can get 15% off my almost $200 order but it never accepted the coupon. So I paid the extra 15% and the post office cannot even deliver the product because the box is damaged and open? Attempted to call customer support and of course given a mail box that was full. I guess I'll call my credit card company and cancel the order, get my money back and take my business somewhere else. Any suggestions?

Considered purchasing items (cat tunnels) that lacked complete description (tunnel diameters) and emailed inquiries. No reply in one business day. This does not appear to be a professionally run Internet business.
