I was halfway through making coffee when the box arrived, so I ripped it open. These were my first custom sneakers and honestly they came out better than I dared hope. Delivery took a little longer than the estimate - maybe a few extra days - but they were well wrapped and undamaged. Customer service answered my weird requests and actually made the changes I thought impossible; they were patient and quick to reply. Fit and authenticity were spot on, which mattered to me. If you're considering this, ask for exact pics and color notes up front and be ready to wait a hair longer for quality. Glad I went with them - proud to keep a pair for a display and maybe wear a different set.
