Dragon ring
When I bought the dragon ring from Effy Jewelry, I had high hopes because of the brand's reputation for making top-notch, quality products. The ordering process went smoothly, and I got the ring pretty quickly, which was great. But when I took a closer look at the ring, I noticed that the dragon's head was a little crooked on one side. It was a small flaw, but I'm someone who pays attention to details, so it made me question the overall quality of the ring. Even though the ring is beautiful, I was disappointed that it wasn't perfect like I had expected. Now I'm not sure if I want to keep it or not. I thought a brand known for its great craftsmanship would have done better.

Earrings purchase
I just bought these earrings, and they looked really nice at first. But when I opened them up, I saw that the studs were all bent out of shape and the earrings were just thrown in the box all loosey-goosey. I've bought stuff from this store before, and it was fine, but this time was a letdown.
