Right in the middle of my third call I realized it started because a coworker recommended them. Ordering online was easy and the tracker looked promising — stuck on “in production” ever since. I kept calling; they promised a refund in 5–10 business days, months passed, no refund. Annoying, and my phone has PTSD, but the site worked fine.
Wrong logos, long wait
I almost didn't buy — saw the mats on Instagram, a buddy nudged me — figured why not. Took over five months for headrests and mats though. They arrived usable but logos were off-center and the color was wrong, hmm. Tried to get help; messages blocked, and I still wouldn't recommend them.
Wrong logos, slow delivery
Halfway through waiting I realized this was a mistake. I ordered mats and headrests because I drive long hours with back pain and needed something better - they took over five months to arrive, logos off-center and the color was wrong. I tried to get help, they stopped responding and blocked me, and wasted my time. Just frustrating, ruined plans, wouldn’t recommend.
Relief then doubt
I remember the relief when an agent finally said they'd refund me — that felt like closure. My September order had been stuck "in production" for months. They promised 5–10 business days, but nothing arrived. I wish I'd insisted on written confirmation. If you're ordering, ask for proof so you don't wait forever. Customer service could've handled it better, honestly.
Finally a decent fit
Wasn't sure at first. I needed new mats for my 2025 Lincoln Navigator after a bad set from another brand and long drives that make my back sore. XMATS arrived faster than I thought. Customer service answered a question about fit and even suggested a tweak. Quality and fitting are clearly better now. Trunk cover fit perfectly, which was a surprise.
Finally a mat that actually fits
I was a bit wary after buying cheap floor mats elsewhere that made long drives rough on my back, but XMATS surprised me. Ordered a set plus trunk cover for my 2025 Lincoln Navigator — delivery came quick and customer service answered my dumb question same day. Fit is spot on, looks tougher than the old ones, so yep, pretty pleased.
Not what I expected
they felt heavier than I thought, nice stitching. After a week of driving they still look new. The customization options were the highlight for me, lets you pick colors and fit. Service was helpful when I had a question, so yeah, pleasantly surprised.
Worth the risk
they fit better than I expected, thick material and the custom logos looked sharp, kinda surprised. Setup was quick, customer support answered a question fast. Still cautious but happy so far; feels like a solid long-term buy, worth the cost
Relief after the wait
snug, no gaps. Not perfect, slow, but fixed.
Finally the mats showed up
I started using these a few months ago — ordered front and rear but only the front came at first. The front felt substantial right away, nice weight to the material, edges are firm and the texture grips shoe soles okay (not slippery). It just didn’t sit flush against the footwell, so I kept it anyway while waiting for the rear. Customer service took a couple weeks to respond, then explained they’re handmade in Dubai and sent replacements. The rear arrived after another month or so, and they remade the front to a slightly different design that actually fits better. Not perfect, some color mismatch, but practical and solid.
Looks great, but buying was a mess
the product itself works and fits in my car, color and materials are fine, I'm actually pretty happy with that. The headache came from shipping and customs: the company took about a month to actually ship, I had to call a few times for updates, and then I got hit with an unexpected $200 tariff because they ship from overseas. Nobody warned me and customer support basically shrugged it off, which was frustrating. So yeah, good product, lousy ordering experience. Tip: check import fees and ask for tracking up front.
Driveway wrestling
Drake answered my dumb questions, gave clear tips and actually cared. The material and stitching look great, very solid craftsmanship. Biggest hiccup was the fitment—had to remove OEM covers and really push the foam in to make them sit right. Would buy again, mainly for the help.
Solid feel, worth the fuss
you can't just slip them on, I had to peel OEM covers back and press the upper edges inward hard to get the material to seat right (not the prettiest job, took patience). Drake walked me through it and stayed helpful. Glad I went with these; would buy again.
Almost walked away, glad I stuck around
an extra $200 tariff showed up because they ship from abroad, and X1mats basically shrugged and said that's on me. So my doubts about quality? Mostly gone. Doubts about the process and hidden costs? Still there. Tip: ask about tariffs first, or be prepared to pay extra. I would buy again, but be warned.
Moment of relief
I remember the exact second I knew these were right. It was when I dropped the mats into the Slingshot and the interior finally felt like it belonged to me, not some afterthought. I needed new mats after a bad set that curled up and gave me back pain on long drives. Ordering was simple enough, though I had to double-check sizes. The rep was super helpful and walked me through options. Fit and finish are very solid. Not flawless — a tiny scuff on one corner — but nothing that ruins it. They're comfortable, look sharp, and actually reduce some road vibration. Worth the spend if you want a real upgrade without drama. Shipping came on schedule and installation was quick. I'm happy with the swap.
Feels Right Underfoot
I wasn’t expecting to obsess over floor mats, but here we are. The first thing I noticed when I pulled them out was the weight — not the flimsy stuff I’d had before — and the texture actually feels...good, underfoot, like they belong. Installation was easy enough, they hug my Slingshot’s contours with near-surgical fit, a tiny tweak here and there and done. Drake checked in, answered my dumb questions, wasn’t that rare helpful person you hope for. Stitching and finish are tidy, no weird smells, and oddly they make the whole cockpit feel more put together. I’d tried cheaper knock-offs and that was a mistake; this feels like an upgrade worth the money — well, mostly — and I’m glad I picked them.
Weird start, happy ending with the mats
wrong fit, back-and-forth messages, sent photos and a video like they asked, and then radio silence for months. I honestly thought it was a lost cause. After nagging them a few times they finally shipped replacements. The new mats actually sit right in my Genesis GV80, no awkward bunching, edges line up and they feel solid underfoot — dense rubbery kind of, not that cheap flappy stuff. Smell was minimal and they clean up easy after a muddy walk. Still, their response time sucked, so don’t expect smooth sailing. My tip: keep evidence, be persistent, ask for tracking early. Overall I went from skeptical and annoyed to relieved — not glowing, but they fixed it eventually and the mats do the job.
Mats that missed the mark
I still can't believe I have a set of mats in my garage that don't fit my car. Bought custom mats for a Genesis GV80 last November and they're clearly wrong — wrong shape, wrong fit, edges bunch up and they slide around. I sent photos and videos when I noticed, they admitted the mistake and told me they'd fix it. Seven months later I'm still getting "we're working on it" emails. It's maddening. The material itself feels okay — thicker than I expected and the texture isn't terrible — and that surprised me, otherwise I'd call everything junk. But fit matters more, and the poor fit plus the back-and-forth customer service makes it useless. I asked for a refund multiple times; they keep promising replacements instead. Compared to other companies I've dealt with, this one drags its feet and ghosts you. If you're picky about fit, don't trust them — unless you enjoy waiting. Just be warned, seriously.
Not worth the hassle
I wouldn’t buy from them again — save yourself the trouble. I first saw their ad on Instagram and even told a buddy to look, so yeah, I felt dumb after. They promised a delivery date, then it showed up two weeks late, which I let slide at first. When the mats arrived they were not what I expected — cheap feel, edges rough, the whole vibe off. I kept emailing and the rep (some guy who said his name was Maverick) kept promising fixes and new dates, which kept changing, and I kept asking for a refund. Eventually they said no refund and no real plan to fix it. I’m frustrated, annoyed, and honestly a little amused at how casual they were about it. I’ll be filing a dispute with my card if nothing improves.
Dragged out and disappointing
the product quality was poor and their follow-through was worse. Oddly, one person actually sounded genuinely sorry for a minute, which was surprising, but words didn’t match action. I wish they’d just give the money back. My tip: keep documentation and be ready to dispute the charge if they stonewall you.

Floor mats purchase
The floor mats I bought were really good quality and a great value. They fit well, just needed a little tweaking. The price was way better than other mats I saw out there. Felix... Read onBy: Carolyn
