the capsules seemed to wake up my scalp, but they didn't agree with my body so I stopped. I noticed clearer pores and what felt like less clogging in the follicles within a couple weeks. That was promising. On the flip side I started getting headaches, heart palpitations and dizzy spells — not subtle. I tried cutting back to one a day, hoping it would settle, but it didn't really help, so I had to pause entirely. I use stuff like this because my hair has been thinning and I wanted something to boost regrowth alongside the usual: better food, less stress, sleeping more, that whole routine. I eat pretty clean most days, lots of color on the plate, so I probably already get a lot of vitamins and minerals from my diet. In hindsight, adding a potent supplement on top of that might have been too much for me. Also, and this is important, I've had chronic iron deficiency in the past — and for women that's often the real culprit behind hair loss. I only recently connected the dots between my iron levels and my hair thinning. So, the supplement wasn't necessarily the enemy, just not the right fit given my situation. The good news: the topical products from the same brand seem like a better route for me, and I’m switching to those. Foligain NZ were super quick and professional when I reached out. Refund issued fast, no runaround, which I appreciated — they handled it with respect. I even have a sealed bottle I'm planning to give away since it feels wasteful to toss it. The opened bottle is stored back in my cupboard in a cool dry spot. If you're thinking of trying it, check your iron levels first and maybe talk to a doc. If you already eat a nutrient-dense diet, be cautious about stacking supplements. Overall: mixed experience with the oral capsules, but great customer care and some real potential if your body tolerates it.
