I remember the exact drip. It started as a tiny tap under the sink, nothing dramatic at first. Bought on Feb 7, it was their top model and cost about £800, so yeah, we expected it to last. I first noticed the brand at my sister’s place — she’d had one for ages — and I even tipped a coworker to try it. We're two people, not a family of five, so it didn’t get hammered. For the first 18 months it was blissfully boring. Then, right after the warranty window, the leak began. Slow. Sneaky. Hidden in the dark space under the counter. By the time we found it the cabinet base had swollen and warped. Not great. At that moment I braced for a fight. But here’s where it gets odd. The company's support actually answered. They listened. They offered to cover the repair for the cabinet and sent a replacement module fast, no nonsense. That’s the point I felt relief — the exact moment I went from angry to okay. Was I fully happy? Not really. For the price I expected a longer life, and the build feels less solid than I hoped. Still, their customer care made a real difference, human and practical. So I’m ambivalent. If they keep that service up, I might tip folks again, but I’ll also quietly check under the sink more often. Small things, small comforts, but they count. Honestly though.
Slow warm-up, solid finish
Midnight browsing I picked the SW10 but hesitated — the site showed no phone number, just an email form. I emailed customer service asking which filter fit my setup, waited, and then, after no reply, went ahead anyway because I had already done some research and didn't want to delay. After placing the order I followed up twice more; still silence for a while. That raised my usual doubts — I've had other companies ghost me and it ruins the whole purchase. Then, on October 11, Jessie from Frizzlife finally replied, apologized, and we actually had a proper conversation where she answered the original questions. That cleared things up. Product-wise the SW10 arrived with everything needed, installation was straightforward and no surprises. So the experience was clunky at first but ended well. I value responsive service, and in this case it was fixed—not perfect, but good enough that I'd buy again.
