Mediocre Experience with Future Inc.

I've had a pretty mixed experience with Future, to be honest. On one hand, they have a pretty wide selection of products and their website is easy to navigate. However, I've had some issues with their customer service and delivery times.

One time, I placed an order for a new computer and it was supposed to arrive within a week. However, it ended up getting delayed for over two weeks and I had to call customer service multiple times to try and figure out what was going on. They were apologetic and eventually did give me a small refund for the inconvenience, but it was still a frustrating experience.

Another issue I've had is that their prices can be a bit on the higher side compared to other online retailers. I've found that if you're willing to do a bit of digging, you can often find the same product for a lower price elsewhere.

Overall, while I do appreciate the wide selection of products they offer, the issues with customer service and delivery times, along with the higher prices, make me hesitant to recommend them to others. If you do decide to shop with Future, just be prepared for the possibility of some setbacks.
