Awesome action figure
I got this super cool action figure from Galactic Toys, but then they ended up sending me two of them by accident! It was pretty awesome, but I really just wanted one. I tried to return it and get a refund, but they wouldn't give it to me. I had to go through a whole thing with Paypal just to finally get my money back. It was frustrating, not a great experience.
Action figures purchase
I recently bought some action figures from Galactic Toys, and let me tell you, I was really let down by their service. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, and trying to figure out what happened to my missing package was a huge hassle. The third-party seller they suggested, "shop," didn't help at all either. The person I talked to was not helpful at all, and honestly, kind of rude. All in all, my experience with Galactic Toys was super frustrating.
Figurine collectible
I just bought this cool figurine from a store and I loved the actual product. But man, the shipping and handling was a mess and really let me down. Thankfully, the customer service was top-notch and fixed things up for me. I'd say go for the store for their awesome stuff, just remind them to get their shipping act together first.
Action figures
My recent experience with Galactic Toys was really disappointing. I ordered a set of action figures from their website, but they sent me the wrong items. When I contacted customer service, they weren't very helpful and didn't seem interested in fixing their mistake. I paid for one thing and ended up with nothing because of their error. Trying to talk to them was super frustrating - phone calls went unanswered and emails took forever to get a response that wasn't even detailed. All in all, my time with Galactic Toys was a major letdown, and I definitely won't be shopping with them again.
