this was better than I expected. I’m new to Gem Shopping Network and, honestly, TV shopping had me wary after a couple of meh buys from other places. But this time the ring showed up exactly when FedEx said it would, with tracking updates the whole way — I mean, no guessing games. Wrong size, slow fix — but they made it right

Still went ahead — pricey impulse, short decision — and then had to rely on the seller to fix it. At first they agreed to cover return shipping and resize, which sounded fine, but then things dragged. I called a few times, sent two emails with my details and order number, and each time they said management approved the return. No FedEx label showed up in my inbox for days though (yes, I checked spam). Annoying, especially after a quick purchase for an expensive item. Eventually they admitted a delay and said an email had gone out three days earlier — I never saw it — so I had to push harder than I wanted to. The surprise: once they got moving they actually handled the return and resizing properly, sent the FedEx slip, and promised to ship the resized ring back. That recovery was nicer than I expected. So my takeaway: don’t assume prompt follow-through, follow up early and often, keep receipts, and if they finally act they’ll make it right — but be ready to chase them a bit.
Not perfect, but I trust them more than most
I like this place and I keep coming back, even if some buyers act like nothing is ever good enough. I’ve bought a few things here for everyday wear — a delicate bracelet I actually sleep in sometimes, a pair of studs I wear to work, and a little pendant that gets more compliments than I expected. They aren’t flawless, but they’re real, solid pieces that hold up. That matters to me. I don’t want to worry if something is legit when I’m wearing it out the door.
