I almost didn't pull the trigger — it felt like a risk. I messaged Sam at gemsngems.com and he replied fast, explained options and the USD conversion so I wasn't guessing. Shipping arrived quicker than I thought. The rubies, emerald and peridot look even better in person. I ran four tests — conductivity, hardness, scratch and UV — and they passed all of them, which honestly surprised me. Would like more close-ups, but I’ll buy again.
Worth the wait
excellent stones and I'll definitely buy again. Ordering was simple and the range of sizes and colors actually made picking easier than with other vendors I've tried (some were a mess). There was one hiccup — delivery took longer than I expected, but that was on the international side, not them. I asked about the status and Sam replied quickly, gave me tracking, and kept things clear which I appreciated. Shipping across borders is a pain sometimes, so I didn't mind waiting once I saw the quality. The gems look flawless in person and feel consistent across pieces, which is what I need for my jewelry projects. I'll be back for more, maybe sooner than later. Thanks for keeping such a solid selection — just work on shaving down transit time.
Happier than I thought
this was better than I expected. I’m new to Gem Shopping Network and, honestly, TV shopping had me wary after a couple of meh buys from other places. But this time the ring showed up exactly when FedEx said it would, with tracking updates the whole way — I mean, no guessing games. The jewelry looks nicer than the photos, quality actually feels premium, and the prices beat what I’ve seen in stores. Little surprised and pretty pleased; I’ll definitely give them another shot next time I’m hunting for something sparkly.
That exact moment
the site can be clunky and one delivery box had a little scuff, but the stones themselves did what I needed. Also their reps actually listened to a weird custom request once, so yeah, I'll order again.
Wrong size, slow fix — but they made it right
the ring I bought was listed as a size 7 but the confirmation said 8.5. I hesitated before buying because it was for Christmas, and you can guess why that matters. Still went ahead — pricey impulse, short decision — and then had to rely on the seller to fix it. At first they agreed to cover return shipping and resize, which sounded fine, but then things dragged. I called a few times, sent two emails with my details and order number, and each time they said management approved the return. No FedEx label showed up in my inbox for days though (yes, I checked spam). Annoying, especially after a quick purchase for an expensive item. Eventually they admitted a delay and said an email had gone out three days earlier — I never saw it — so I had to push harder than I wanted to. The surprise: once they got moving they actually handled the return and resizing properly, sent the FedEx slip, and promised to ship the resized ring back. That recovery was nicer than I expected. So my takeaway: don’t assume prompt follow-through, follow up early and often, keep receipts, and if they finally act they’ll make it right — but be ready to chase them a bit.
Not perfect, but I trust them more than most
I like this place and I keep coming back, even if some buyers act like nothing is ever good enough. I’ve bought a few things here for everyday wear — a delicate bracelet I actually sleep in sometimes, a pair of studs I wear to work, and a little pendant that gets more compliments than I expected. They aren’t flawless, but they’re real, solid pieces that hold up. That matters to me. I don’t want to worry if something is legit when I’m wearing it out the door.
