Birthstone ring
I am so upset with this company, I ordered a ring. They screwed up spelt one name wrong and added it twice. Lucio and luis were the names but they wrote lucia. Contacted them and at first they said it was shipped and couldn't intercept, well duh I have it. Then they said they could only issue me a 50 percent refund because they put the names as listed. No they didn't and then told me they would give me a 50 percent discount on the next one. Well that's totally unacceptable because what am I to do with the ring that isn't right and why should I pay for another. I should get a full refund or another ring made in my opinion. Definitely would not recommend.

Highly recommended!Amazing Louise. I am so happy for you. I have waited over 3 weeks for my gifts and still nothing. That is After paying extra for expedited delivery. I guess it is the luck of the draw if things arrive or not. Now keeping my fingers crossed that what was going to be a birthday present will at least arrive in time to be a christmas present.

I'm very unhappy! I ordered 2 things almost 2 weeks ago and still haven't got them!!! Suppose to be for Father's day and got an email tonight saying my order is still in transit!! I can't even get a refund because they charge a percentage for restock fee, when it wasn't even my fault that it's not here in time for what I needed it!!!
I ordered two products on April 24/2020 it’s now almost 6 weeks and still haven’t received any product . When contacting customer service they keep insisting product is on the way . I honestly think they took my money and that’s it . I even paid insurance on the product in case of a situation like this but they say it’s the carriers fault not there’s . Bullshit . Will never order from this company again, and if anyone decides to order please keep my post in mind before ordering

Scam company , dont buy from them please ! They steal your money , doesn't send a valid tracking number , and then when you ask for a refund , they ask you to wait a week for them to get in touch with the courier company, and never get back to you , they refuse to refund . SCAMMERS

Worst seller I've ever dealt with. The package did not arrive on time and still yet to arrive and all they have to say is that I should contact the customs to see why after lies that the package will arrive on fake dates!
It is their job to make sure they are honest with customers about deadlines.
Their customer service is poor and offer no support what so ever.
They take your money and then you are on your own to fix anything that happens.

I read reviews before purchasing and used this company as it seemed reputable. It seems when something goes wrong though they let their customers down badly and try to fob you off. I purchased a projection necklace as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. The necklace arrived promptly (from China) but on opening I instantly noticed they had fitted the projection photo upside down and it was blurred! Also none of the 'I love you words' were recognisable as these were badly blurred too. I have written 5-6 emails to the company and their response has been appalling, After sending photos they initially tried to claim it was all ok despite being upside down, they then offered me 50% off - seeing them not out of pocket but me left with a duff product that was not of the quality I wanted or that friends have with a similar product (ordered from a different website). They then offered me a full refund if I posted it back (but to a US address) at my cost. The cost in doing this would have meant I would have paid each way more in postage than the cost of the necklace as the cos to deliver had been £17! I just wanted the necklace with the photo the correct way up and not blurred. They refused to make me a new one even though I offered to send the other one back at my cost. They simply refunded me some money and have never responded since. It's appalling customer service and they just buried their head in the sand and refused to rectify this at their cost despite the product being falty and unfit for the purpose sold. They have now washed their hands of it. If you want to be sure that there are no dramas when buying a product and you want comfort and peace of mind that if something goes wrong it will be rectified quickly and professionally - go elsewhere. I went to a different company in the end and inside of 10 days had the same product using the same photo - the photo was clear, it was the correct way around and there were no issues.Their customer service/customer satisfaction is much to be desired. They are not interested in making the customer happy so they return for future purchases. If they would allow return shipping at their cost and fix the inaccurate depiction would be great PR. I was happy with my purchase 2 years ago but this time it was a big miss and they could careless!

I placed my order in time to receive it by Christmas. I received an email a week after that it had shipped- add 10 more days and no further information. The tracking number provided leads me to the shipper and hasn’t been updated in over 10 days. Now I am very worried. I have emailed but I continue to get an auto- populated response stating I should wait a few days...

3 Mother’s ring
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Run!!! My niece ordered a 3 stone Mother’s ring. It took weeks for her to get it. When it arrived the stones were wrong. She tried and tried to contact them and they hardly ever responded. She kept trying to contact them and they finally said “She can get a 50% refund if they pay to have them sent back or she can pay to send them back and get a 70% refund.”That's bullcrap! It was their mistake and they refuse to refund my money! I should not have to pay to send them back period!!!
I agree their customer service is awful when customer is not satisfied! They need better quality control, possibly having customer view the completed item before shipping. This would save everyone time and money as customers will be much happier with their purchase.
